Crawfish & Andouille Sausage Gumbo
Andouille Po Boy: Andouille sausage chargrilled and served on a hoagie roll with coleslaw, French fries, and Horsey sauce, served with a side of house cut chips.
Catfish Po-Boy: Fresh North Carolina Catfish dusted in Fat head’s Cajun Spice, grilled and served on a hoagie roll topped with roasted jalapeno remoulade, shredded lettuce, tomato, and onion, served with a side of house cut chips.
Muffaletta: Ham, Capicola, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella cheese, shredded lettuce, green olive tapenade, served on a head bun with a side of FH house cut chips.
Crawfish Quesadilla: Flour tortillas stuffed with crawfish tails, green onions, shredded Jack cheese, tomatoes, fresh jalapenos, and corn, served with creole dipping sauce.
